Liz Kollias
CEO
Liz started her professional career as a lawyer, and quickly took a keen interest in the management of the firm. This combined with her passion for writing, led to a role at CPD Interactive in customer development and communications.
Liz moved to into the digital learning creation space, with a focus on learning design, communication and strategy generally. She originally came on board as a the COO but with her love of detail and vision she moved into the CEO role.
Natalie Wieland
CTO/Founder
Natalie began her working life as a lawyer in the mid 1990’s , but soon went to study Management Information Systems.
In addition to a sessional teaching role at the University of Melbourne and her ongoing consulting work, Natalie is co-founder of VidVersity which is an all in one Australian solution for the creation and delivery of online training. Natalie brings her real world experience of teaching and training to the creation of online learning and training which she believes should be accessible to everyone.
Mike Levi
Head Developer
Mike is not just a developer, he has a keen understanding of how start-up work and what is needed to meet the customers needs. He is happy to work directly with customers to ensure Vidversity remains a reliable and stable platform that meets their needs.
His skills include Javascript libraries and frameworks: ECMAScript 5 (ES5), jQuery, VueJS, AngularJS, NodeJS.
PHP and frameworks: Php7, Yii, Laravel, Symfony and PHPUnit.
Build management tools: Webpack, Grunt, Babel etc
AWS Cloud Services integration.
Developing backend services (REST) and architecture design.
Andy Irvine
Workplace Health and Safety specialist
Andy has worked in the Civil Engineering, Housing and Construction sectors as both a Project Manager and General Manager working with private sector and public organisations. He has always been passionate about improving the delivery and safety outcomes for projects and the people that work on them through better training and education. This led to establishing new and innovative programs at both NSW TAFE and Southern Cross University.
Andy works with Vidversity as an adviser to help us design relevant and targeted safety and workforce development courses and programs, particularly for supervisors and managers in the field with limited time and access to quality training.
