Natalie is a pioneer in digital transformation with 20+ years of experience redefining professional adult education. A former solicitor and University of Melbourne Law School lecturer, she holds a postgraduate degree in Management Information Systems and is a TAE40122. Natalie specialises in bridging educational theory with scalable technology, focusing on video-first solutions that prioritise engagement and retention. After founding CPD Interactive (acquired by the College of Law in 2018), she now leads Vidversity as a strategist and project manager, helping organizations transform raw expertise into rigorous, high-impact interactive training.

As the CEO of Vidversity, Liz brings a rare blend of legal precision and educational innovation to the EdTech landscape. A former solicitor with 15 years of experience, including her tenure as Managing Partner of Hunt McCullough Kollias, she understands the complexities of professional standards and compliance. Having co-owned CPD Interactive, she recognised a critical gap in the market: the need to bridge expert-led live training with scalable, effective digital learning. Today, she is a highly competent project manager and strategic leader, dedicated to empowering subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into engaging digital experiences.

Kylie is a nurse educator and consultant who believes that effective education is the backbone of quality care. Throughout her 25-year career, spanning perioperative nursing to community patient support programs, she has remained passionate about building capacity in others. Kylie joins VidVersity to lead business development and consulting within the Health and Aged Care sectors. By combining her clinical background with her qualifications in Business Management and Training & Assessment (TAE), she helps organisations move beyond traditional learning hurdles. Kylie specialises in creating custom content that isn't just a 'tick-box' exercise, but a meaningful tool for skill-building that meets strict organisational and NDIS compliance standards.

A founding member of the Vidversity technical team, Mike leads our front-end development and feature innovation. With a history at the company that spans from day one, he combines a deep technical mastery of the platform with a commitment to solving our most complex technical support challenges. Mike's vision and expertise ensure that Vidversity remains at the cutting edge of educational technology.

Experienced learning and capability specialist with close to 30 years' experience across government, corporate and for-purpose sectors. Her work spans learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, digital learning and large-scale workforce capability uplift in complex, regulated environments. With more than 17 years' experience in NSW Health, Nina held senior leadership roles including Director, overseeing the implementation of more than 2,500 educational resources within a learning management system supporting over 220,000 users. Nina's work has been recognised through more than 32 national and international learning and development awards.

From masterminding marketing plans and creating engaging content to resolving customer support inquiries, Kristine ensures our brand shines and our users are supported every step of the way. She is dedicated to delivering a great experience for every member of the Vidversity community.

Mike is the creative eye behind the "magic" at Vidversity. Specialising in video editing for both marketing and education, he excels at turning raw ideas into highly engaging visual experiences. A core member of our service team, Mike is dedicated to helping clients elevate their content through expert editing and creative flair, making sure every video tells a compelling story.

Asher Vexler is a highly trained expert in the Vidversity platform, working closely with our team to deliver high-impact interactive video learning. Specialising in the "build" phase of digital transformation, Asher takes raw materials and expertly crafts them into sophisticated training modules within Vidversity. His deep understanding of the platform's interactive capabilities ensures that client content is not just digitized, but optimized for engagement and retention. Asher is a key collaborator in ensuring our clients' visions are translated into effective, professional digital training.

Acel Patricio is a seasoned Learning Designer who brings a wealth of experience in crafting high-quality educational journeys. At Vidversity, Acel plays a critical role in the pre-production and design phases, specialising in creating detailed storyboards that serve as the blueprint for success. With a deep background in instructional design, she ensures that every piece of online training is pedagogically sound and structured for maximum learner impact. Acel works seamlessly within the Vidversity platform to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences.
