Law firm training
Client: McCabe Curwood
Requirement: To provide modern professional development to lawyers and their client. The content needs to be interactive and tracked to meet the regulatory requirements.
Timeframe: They record webinars and create into online interactive modules in about 3 hours. Many of the lawyers in their firm use VidVersity to create and deliver client training.
Method: Record Zoom meetings/webinar. Upload to VidVersity and remove irrelevant parts. Break into chapters and add links to relevant materials such as cases and legislation.
Tools/Equipment: Video camera or Zoom recording and VidVersity
Delivered: For internal delivery they use SCORM to add to their LMS and for client training they use VidVersity to deliver and track.

Leadership training
Client: Brockhurst Consulting
Requirement: To provide leadership training to their clients
Timeframe: Three weeks
Method: Each presenter recorded their part of the presentation using their phones. They then uploaded directly to the VidVersity course creation tool using the phone app. Using VidVersity they edited the videos, add slides and interactions and delivered to registered users only.
Tools/Equipment: Iphone, VidVerstiy Phone App and VidVersity Course Creation platform
Delivered: VidVersity registered users only.

Professional Development
Client: The College of Law
Requirement: To provide professional development to lawyers. The content needs to be interactive and tracked to meet the regulatory requirements.
Timeframe: Provide videos weekly to VidVersity and the team development into online modules over a period of one week.
Method: The College of Law provide a recording of a seminar and all other relevant material. The team at VidVersity edit the video, chunk into chapters, add links to relevant material such as cases and legislation, add quizzes and provide completed to the College of Law.
Tools/Equipment: Video camera or Zoom recording and VidVersity
Delivered: Learndash LMS (WordPress) plugin and VidVersity LTI LearnDash app

Health & Safety
Client: Horticulture
Requirement: They had created safety videos but they became aware the staff were not engaged nor completing the videos.
Timeframe: 2 weeks
Method: Broke into chapters and added interactions to keep the learner engaged.

Delivered: LMS – LTI

Not for profit
Client: Victorian Women’s Legal Service
Requirement: To move full day programs online during COVID.
Timeframe: 4 weeks
Method
Developed an overview of the day, dividing content into static content and discussion activities.
Created interview scripts and recorded subject matter experts on Zoom for static content, uploaded to VidVersity and created interactive modules and used Zoom for activities.
Tools/Equipment: Zoom and VidVersity to create into course and add interactions.
Delivered: Securely using VidVersity and tracking

Construction site induction
Client: Large Construction company in Australian and NZ
Requirement: To create site induction training that could be delivered via mobile devices. A very limited budget and tight timeframe.
Timeframe: 2 weeks
Method
- Developed a storyboard and basic script to be signed off by the Executive.
- Purchased relevant stock footage and recorded script.
- Movie created using Movavi and built course in VidVersity.
- Packaged as SCORM file.
Tools/Equipment: Storyblocks for stock video, iPhone to record voice overs, VidVersity to edit and create chapters, add links to resources and quizzes.
Delivered: Acendre LMS

Melbourne University
Client: Melbourne Law School
Requirement: To provide weekly summaries and additional material to students.
Timeframe: Over the semester
Method: After each class the lecturer filmed short summaries of the class and made available approximately one hour after each class and linked to all relevant material.
Tools/Equipment: iPhone, VidVerstiy Phone App and VidVersity.
Delivered: URL

Aged Care
Client: Uniting AgeWell
Requirement: To create positive workplace training for 3000 staff over 14 locations.
Timeframe: 4 weeks
Method
Developed a storyboard and basic script to be signed off by the Executive.
Engaged Shaun McKenna to spend two days on site filming key personnel and capturing general footage.
Used Vyond to create animations.
Uploaded all the content to VidVersity and created an online module, including quizzes and competency assessments using VidVersity.
Packaged as SCORM file.
Tools/Equipment: Videographer for two days, Vyond for animations, VidVersity to create into course and add interactions.
Delivered: Androgic LMS ( Moodle based)
