The Client
A leading aged care provider seeking to improve staff training across critical areas such as manual handling, equipment use, incident response, and hygiene practices with customised, video-based learning.
The Challenge
The Learning and Development team needed to provide consistent, accessible, and engaging training for a diverse workforce, including staff with ESL and low literacy. Traditional text-heavy materials were not effective in ensuring compliance or building confidence in daily care practices. Off-the-shelf training options did not meet the specific training needs of the organisation.
The Solution
Vidversity partnered with the L&D team, including their in-house physiotherapist, to identify the top training risks and priorities. Together, we:
Created scripts aligned to internal policies and legislative frameworks, reviewed and approved by the client.
Developed a filming schedule and delivered short training sessions on how to film using iPhones and iPads for agile content creation.
Received raw footage from the client and provided post-production and course creation services.
The completed course is video-based, self-paced (short, accessible chapters) and can be delivered via the organisation's LMS or via the Vidversity built-in LMS. At the end of the project, we provide the support needed for the organisation to independently produce additional learning content at any time, or call on our services as needed. Our model is to enable fast, agile learning creation.

Each module was designed as short, interactive video chapters, accessible on any device and easy to update. Content was also optimised for ESL and low-literacy staff to ensure inclusivity.
