Monthly Subscription Plan

A learner is anyone in your organisation who will be given access to the VidVersity content, whether or not they access the course. This means anyone who can access the learning via an internal LMS, who is added as a learner to the VidVersity LMS or who may be the recipient of a sharelink to a VidVersity built course. Unless alternative arrangements are agreed, the total number of staff in an organisation or learning cohort is created will be counted as a learner. We are always happy to create custom pricing packages if you have specific requirements for the creation and delivery of learning/ training using VidVersity.

VidVersity subscriptions are monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and subscription access will terminate at the conclusion of the current month. Monthly subscribers will be contact 30-60 days prior to the conclusion of the 12 month period and will given the option to extend or terminate the subscription. If you wish to terminate your subscription, any creator or administrator can download videos. The course shell and interactivity will not be accessible at the conclusion of the subscription.

For Subscription Lite and Subscription Lite Plus customers, your credit card will be automatically debited each month and will continue until you provide 30 days notice that you wish to discontinue. We do not provide pro rata refunds. Prior to the end of your subscription, you have the opportunity to download the videos from your courses however the courses will no longer be accessible once your subscription is terminated. For subscribers on an annual subscription payment arrangement, we will contact you 1 month prior to the end of your subscription period to confirm whether or not you wish to continue. Again, on termination, you have the opportunity to download your videos before the system access is turned off. We provide 30 days grace after notification of termination to enable the download process to be finalised.

You can decide who accesses VidVersity content so this could be staff or students but also external users such as customers or client or potential new employees who do not yet have access to your own intranet or internal LMS. However, you will need to ensure that the total number of learners to whom you will give access to VidVersity built content are included in your subscription pricing package. VidVersity is compatible with SCORM or LTI. If you have an LMS using these protocols you can easily upload content from the VidVersity platform to your LMS. VidVersity will continue to host the video content even within your LMS which means it won’t slow down your LMS functionality. Once in your LMS, all learner progress and reports will be captured by the LMS. If you don’t wish to use your LMS or don’t have one, you can deliver to leaners using the VidVersity inbuilt LMS. There are 3 types of delivery mode; a simple share link, public registration (requiring name and email address) or private registration (requiring email and password).
